Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust has announced the addition of Edca Quiñones as its first-ever in-house Sales Representative, effective February 1, 2025. Quiñones will oversee sales and support for DTT’s Purveyors in Florida.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx, NY, Quiñones has been passionate about cigars since 1992, a love passed down from her grandfather and father. After serving 20 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, she transitioned into the cigar industry, holding key sales and management roles at Executive Cigar and Cigar Hustler, as well as working with distributor Zander-Greg.
DTT Founder Steve Saka expressed enthusiasm for Quiñones’ addition, emphasizing her deep knowledge and passion for cigars. “Finding people who truly love cigars and connect with our ethos is rare,” said Saka. “She impressed me in all the right ways.”
Quiñones will assist Florida-based Purveyors with product allocation, support, training, and events. She is currently introducing herself to clients and will attend this year’s PCA Trade Show.
