J.C. Newman Cigar Co. has launched a new addition to its Diamond Crown Julius Caeser brand of cigars: The Troublemaker. This 5.75” x 52 soft perfecto comes in leather boxes of 20, with a suggested retail price of $17 per cigar. Like all Diamond Crown cigars, The Troublemaker is crafted by the Fuente family at Tabacalera A. Fuente in the Dominican Republic.

The idea for this unique shape came from Drew Newman, the fourth-generation owner, who was inspired by a vintage poster in the office of Rich Dolak, the vice president of operations at both J.C. Newman and Arturo Fuente. Crafting this cigar proved challenging, hence its name, “The Troublemaker.”

The first boxes have been shipped to 36 Diamond Crown Cigar Lounges, where it will be exclusively available until its nationwide release next year.
