Drew Estate has officially launched the Papas Bravas series in select European markets. Known for its distinctive pigtail cap, the Papas Bravas is crafted with a unique blend of three Nicaraguan tobacco varietals and one Honduran leaf, wrapped in a Connecticut Broadleaf Oscuro wrapper.

The Papas Bravas series showcases a Brazilian Mata Fina binder that enhances the dark, oily wrapper’s robust and complex flavors. This composition places it in line with some of the more premium options in the Liga Privada Unico Serie, while still offering a distinctive, unique smoking profile.

During the European launch, Jonathan Drew, Founder and President of Drew Estate, shared his enthusiasm live from Wynwood, Miami.

“I call these little bangers because you smoke them down to the nub, practically burning your fingers,” said Drew. “Expect notes of licorice, black pepper, sweet spice, and that unmistakable full-bodied tobacco stank. You’re welcome.”
