The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) has teamed up with Manifatture Sigaro Toscano to introduce a new cigar, the Toscano Brenta, exclusively for PCA members. This special release marks the first Toscano blend to use air-cured tobacco, a departure from the brand’s traditional fire-cured process. The tobacco used in the Brenta is aged for 3-5 years, followed by an additional six months of aging after the cigar is rolled.

Luciano Simeone, Sales Director for Manifatture Sigaro Toscano, emphasized the importance of the partnership, noting that it celebrates their long-standing collaboration with the PCA. The PCA Executive Director, Joshua Habursky, praised the project for maintaining Toscano’s rich Italian heritage while incorporating influences from the American premium cigar market.

Handcrafted by artisans in northern Italy, the Toscano Brenta is a mellow cigar featuring a complex flavor profile with notes of walnut, hazelnut, and wood. It pairs well with French rums from Martinique and rye whiskey.

The Toscano Brenta will debut on September 25, 2024, at the PCA’s Fall Fundraiser in Arlington, Virginia. It will be available exclusively to PCA members from September 26 to October 11, with a wider release to follow. Orders can be placed through the PCA Product HUB.
