In case you weren’t aware, CLE Cigar Co. has a new box factory, and the company will be showing off a few of its designs at the PCA trade show, which kicks off tomorrow in Las Vegas.

This includes three case-style displays for the Asylum 867 line, with each being designed to match the Midnight Oil, Auntie, and Zero cigars that were overhauled in 2023 (formerly known as Chasing the Dragon).

Heavy investment went into bringing in new machinery to create these new display cases in-house at the C.L.E. Cigar Company in Danli, Honduras. This investment was made to improve quality control and meet customer demand.

This news follows the brand’s Serenity Now / Insanity Later announcement earlier this week, which features a similar display of wood and acrylics. As an added touch for the 867 displays, the transparent acrylic pieces feature coloring from the matching cigar; this is most noticeable on the Auntie display, where the acrylic pieces are transparent/yellow. Additionally, the cases have separator acrylic pieces on the interior as well, allowing for a similar level of customization you might find with humidor shelf dividers. Some of these pieces have slots cut to allow for an easy passage of humidity throughout the display.

Each Asylum 867 display is capable of storing 60 cigars (20 of each vitola). Pricing was not listed in a press release from the company, and it is not clear whether the displays are geared more for retail displays or for consumers.
