Is it a contradiction to say “modern Old Fashioned?” Segment three of Flavor Odyssey season six is upon us, and for the next four weeks, we will be exploring emerging trends in the cocktail world. We will be looking at new cocktails and old cocktails with a modern twist, and that’s where we are going first—as your hosts Robby and Randy will be taking an Old Fashioned and bringing it into the modern age. 2 oz High Proof Bourbon
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
4 dashes Orange Bitters
1 tsp Rich Syrup – Demerara
2 drops Salt Water (what???)
Orange Peel, Lemon Peel as a garnish
