West Tampa Tobacco Company have announced that West Tampa Red has begun shipping and is available both in the US and international markets.
“West Tampa Tobacco Co. continues to focus on serving the global cigar community. It is important that we take a global approach when blending our cigars and ensuring our cigars are available to all markets”, said Gus Martinez, President & co-owner.
Differing from the first two cigars from the company, the West Tampa Tobacco Red uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper (while the White and Black both used Habano). This is more in line with the company’s limited Attic Series: Attic cigar from late last year, which also featured a San Andrés wrapper. But the company notes that this is where the similarities end, as the West Tampa Tobacco Red showcases an all-new blend of Nicaraguan binder/fillers, amounting to the fullest-bodied smoke in the West Tampa lineup to date.
