Perdomo & Cigar Dojo Collaborate on Commemorative Champagne Cigar

Twenty twenty-two marks Cigar Dojo’s milestone 10th anniversary. In setting out to commemorate the occasion, there was no hesitation as to the manufacturer to do the project justice, with Perdomo Cigars’ 10th Anniversary Champagne blend being not only a Dojo favorite, but unquestionably the most famed 10th anniversary cigar in existence.

Perdomo Cigars and Cigar Dojo now introduce the Perdomo Reserve Champagne Cigar Dojo Limited Edition 10th Anniversary, a limited project that highlights each company’s unique achievements. Setting the project apart from Perdomo’s core line, the Cigar Dojo LE has been rolled in a limited “Dojo Toro” format (6″ x 56), and is packaged with Cigar Dojo sub-bands and boxes that display Cigar Dojo’s 10th Anniversary logo.

“It’s a champagne supernova!” commented Eric Guttormson, owner of Cigar Dojo. “Working with Nick, Arthur, and the Perdomo team was a bucket-list experience for the Dojo team, and we wanted to create a vitola that accentuates the buttery-smooth experience which you expect from the Perdomo Champagne.

“Is there such a thing as too much of a good thing? We don’t think so. The Dojo Toro is a beefy smoke, providing all the flavor you could ever ask for in a premium cigar.”

The Perdomo Reserve Champagne Cigar Dojo Limited Edition 10th Anniversary was rolled at the famed Tabacalera Perdomo factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The blend consists of Perdomo’s signature six-year aged Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, which is finished in bourbon barrels for an additional eight months; this leaf surrounds six-year aged all-Nicaraguan Cuban-seed binder/fillers. The combined experience offers a mild to medium-bodied smoke with rich, creamy flavors and slight hints of caramel and cedar on the finish.

This commemorative release is limited to 625 boxes of eight cigars (5,000 cigars total), and will be sold exclusively through online retailer JR Cigar. The release is scheduled for Friday, July 29th at 12pm Eastern, closely coinciding with the 10th anniversary launch of the original Cigar Dojo app, marking the first and largest social cigar app in existence.
