Following 2021’s American-made Cohiba Serie M cigar, the brand has announced that they will be following the release up in 2022 with the Cohiba Serie M Corona Gorda.
The Cohiba Serie M was the first Cohiba cigar to be crafted in the US, being announced roughly one year ago and shipping in a 6″ x 52 toro format. The cigars were rolled by the famed El Titán de Bronze factory out of Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. This included a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, Nicaraguan binder, and fillers of the DR (Piloto Cubano) and Nicaragua (Jalapa and Estelí).

Utilizing El Titán’s highly skilled torcedores, the Cohiba Serie M boasts entubado-style bunching, a double binder, a closed foot, and a fan-tail cap, signifying the extra lengths of craftsmanship afforded by El Titán de Bronze.
Cohiba Brand Ambassador Sean Williams said, “Since its debut a year ago, Cohiba Serie M has been a resounding success. We’ve received high praise from cigar media, shop owners and cigar lovers who have called Serie M one of the most exciting Cohiba blends they have ever smoked. Together with Sandy Cobas (owner of El Titán de Bronze) and her team, we’re proud to release the blend in a new size, giving cigar connoisseurs another opportunity to experience the artistry of Serie M.”
The Cohiba Serie M Corona Gorda is slated to ship on April 4th, being rolled in a traditional 6½” x 48 format. The cigars are packaged in 10-count boxes that will retail for $299.90 MSRP ($29.99/cigar), with 5,000 boxes being made available.
