Espinosa Premium Cigars has announced that they have teamed up with restaurateur, Emmy Award-winning TV host and cigar smoker, Guy Fieri, to create his own line of premium cigars which will be named, Knuckle Sandwich. The cigars will be available in two blends, one with a Habano wrapper and the other with a dark Sumatra wrapper.
These cigars are original blends crafted exclusively for Guy Fieri. This culmination of a project that has been in the works for approximately 18 months.
The Knuckle Sandwich Habano is offered in three regular production sizes:
- Corona Gorda R (5⅝ x 46) – $11.50 (Box of 20 cigars, $230)
- Robusto J (5 x 52) – $12.50 (Box of 20 cigars, $250)
- Toro H (6 x 54 – $13.50 (Box of 20 cigars, $270)
The Knuckle Sandwich Maduro is offered in three regular production sizes:
- Corona Gorda R (5⅝ x 46) – $11.95 (Box of 20 cigars, $239)
- Robusto J (5 x 52) – $12.95 (Box of 20 cigars, $259)
- Toro H (6 x 54 – $13.95 (Box of 20 cigars, $279)

Espinosa Cigars will be handling both the sales and fulfillment of the new line. Both the Knuckle Sandwich Habano and Maduro were blended by Espinosa Premium Cigars, and hand-rolled at the San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua. Knuckle Sandwich is expected to begin shipping in the first quarter of 2022.
