Montecristo Announces Limited Montecristo B.R.M Humidor

Montecristo has partnered with luxury watchmaker B.R.M Chronographes to introduce a limited humidor collection, containing 40 cigars and a Montecristo B.R.M watch.

The highly exclusive cabinet is described as “a first of its kind,” boasting a custom-made watch, automatic watch winder, and 40 cigars made by the Plasencia family in Nicaragua.

Montecristo was already associated with a great French writer Alexandre Dumas. It’s a great privilege to add a French name to that legendary cigar and we are looking forward to a fantastic adventure by launching this exclusive timepiece combined with some special cigars and this truly amazing box. The cigars themselves are sized at 6″ x 52, making use of all-Nicaraguan tobaccos from the Plasencia family’s farms throughout each of the four primary growing regions of Nicaragua: Jalapa, Condega, Estelí, and Ometepe. This includes an “extra aged” wrapper from Jalapa, Ometepe binder, and fillers of Condega and Estelí; the blend is described as medium-bodied.

Each humidor contains a built-in automatic watch winder and Luxury Montecristo B.R.M watch. This includes features such as a 44mm stainless steel case, a skeleton dial, sapphire crystal glass on the front and back, Montecristo’s Fleur-de-lis at the “8” position on the dial, and more.

Only 32 sets have been produced, priced at $11,000 MSRP and set to release in late May 2021.
