Amendola Family Cigar Co. today announced that the company’s cigars will be distributed by Illusione Cigars throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Amendola was founded in 2017 by Jeffrey Amendola after becoming acquainted with the cigar hobby in 2010, working in law enforcement at the time. Jeffrey is joined by business partner Christopher Monaco, together working to build the Amendola brand over the past four years.
I am grateful every day to my grandparents who arrived in the United States from Italy, penniless, and created a better life for us. Amendola cigars was created in honor of them and my Italian heritage. The news comes nearly a year after announcing major changes for Amendola’s cigar production in 2020, shifting from the Tabacalera Kafie factory in Danlí, Honduras to split production between the La Zona and Aganorsa Leaf factories in Estelí, Nicaragua.
