Caldwell Cigar Company and Cigar Dojo have collaborated for the first time, debuting the Far Eastern Standard in a limited-edition lancero format.
Far Eastern Standard builds off of the modus operandi of both companies, featuring a design inspired by Caldwell’s fan-favorite Eastern Standard cigar and the Dojo’s Asian influence. The cigars have been fresh-rolled at the Tabacalera William Ventura factory in the DR, offering a heavy smoking texture and characteristics of hazelnut, white pepper, heavy cream, caramel, and vanilla-mint throughout the finish.
UPDATE: Far Eastern Standard is now completely sold out. The limited allotment of 3,000 cigars first debuted as a pre-sale during a special launch party at Smoke Inn’s Boynton Beach location on Wednesday night (Nov. 6th). The remaining cigars then launched online on Friday the 8th at 12pm (ET), with Dojo members having access to the cigars before becoming open to the public. Nearly 200 bundles sold during the first hour of Far Eastern Standard’s online debut, and the full sellout came on the final of a three-day weekend, clocking in at 73 hours from launch to sellout.
Far Eastern Standard is now for sale (while supplies last), being offered exclusively through online retailer Smoke Inn Cigars.
