Davidoff today sent out a press release announcing a new limited series dubbed Small Batch. The series features 12 unique blends and is intended to showcase unique smoking experiences from the company’s master blenders.
Davidoff Small Batch is packaged in paper bundles, with hand-written information detailing the batch number, cigar size, blend code names, and the factory roller’s signature. The cigars showcase the traditional Davidoff white band, with a new gold sub-band that reads ‘SMALL BATCH.’
Throughout the 12 unique blends, the cigars make use of tobaccos from six countries (Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru and the Dominican Republic), being offered in Toro, Robusto, Belicoso and Corona Extra formats. The various blends range from medium to full in body, with production varying between blends and sizes—though Davidoff provided an estimate of 1,300 cigars/blend as a reference.
Davidoff Small Batch will begin shipping throughout September, made available at select Davidoff appointed merchants in Germany, UK, Switzerland, the US and Asia.
