While Warped Cigars refrained from showcasing any new brands at IPCPR 2019, the company has now officially announced its next new line as Eagles Descent, which will be released exclusively in 2019 through Hawaii-based retailer R. Field Wine Company.
Eagles Descent is being made at Warped’s usual manufacturing partner, TABSA, incorporating a Nicaraguan wrapper/binder over fillers of Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo leaves. The cigars are billed as full in body, with only 400 boxes of 10 cigars debuting at a special R. Field Wine Company event in November.
The initial release has been rolled in an exclusive 5⅝” x 52 format ($12.40/cigar MSRP), though Warped intends to offer the line nationally in 2020, which will be rolled in a different size and box count.
R. Field Wine Company is a gourmet food, wine, and cigar retailer, with locations throughout Hawaii. The retailer has been known to receive some of the most acclaimed regional offerings, most frequently including manufacturers such as Warped, Crowned Heads, Viaje, and Tatuaje, among others.
