One of the most limited and premium cigar offerings to ever bear the ACID name—ACID KUBA ARTE—is now shipping to retailers across the country.
With 2019 marking the milestone 20th anniversary of the ACID brand, a special offering such as the ACID 20 was to be expected, heading into the industry’s annual IPCPR trade show gathering. What wasn’t quite as anticipated was the artistically geared KUBA ARTE.
ACID KUBA ARTE is a play on the Kuba Kuba—the most popular blend in the ACID lineup. The cigars boast a hearty Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper, an Indonesian binder, and all-Nicaraguan fillers. Additionally, KUBA ARTE has been rolled in an elegant 5 13/16” x 54 torpedo format, crafted at Drew Estate’s renowned factory in Estelí.
Bringing the project full circle, Drew Estate has partnered with five iconic artists from Brooklyn’s famed graffiti culture, showcasing a total of seven custom-designed Drew Estate Water Tower cigar displays. The “KUBA ARTE” artist team includes names such as CHINO, DOC, KEO, QUEEN ANDREA, and VERS.
The limited-edition Water Towers are now shipping to retailers, with each jar-style container holding 20 ACID KUBA ARTE cigars.
