Smoke Inn announced their 13th installment of the microblend series today – the Hand Gripper, a collaboration with Moya Ruiz Cigars which is prepared to make a come back in 2019. The cigar is unique because it features two cigars connected at the head to resemble a forearm flexing hand gripper. Moya Ruiz had a similar release in 2014 with the La Jugada Nunchuck which also featured two cigars connected at the head.
The Hand Gripper will be a 5×52 robusto featuring an Ecudorian Habano wrapper with binders and fillers from Nicaragua. Only 300 numbered boxes were produced in the La Zona factory in Esteli, Nicaragua containing 12 cigars or (6 pairs of hand grippers) at an MSRP of $99.00 per box. The Hand Gripper will be released at Smoke Inn’s annual mega cigar event, The Great Smoke www.thegreatsmoke.com February 16th , which will be held at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach, FL . Remaining boxes after the event will be available to the general public through their retail stores February 18th and will be available online on the Smoke Inn website at noon eastern.
