No longer will there be any doubt as to whether you are smoking the Dominican or Nicaragua version of Nat Sherman’s popular Timeless Collection cigars, as Nat Sherman will soon debut a new sub-band to distinguish the different blends.
The original Timeless is a Dominican blend (released in 2012), crafted at the Quesada Cigars factory, and the Nicaraguan version (a puro blend released later that year) is made at Plasencia Cigars in Nicaragua. A red sub-band will now represent the Dominican version, while the black sub-band represents the Nicaraguan.
The only main differentiator prior to this update was the cigar’s packaging and rolling style (Nicaraguan version is box-pressed).
Nat Sherman says the new bands were rolled out in February and customers should begin seeing the cigars soon.
