MoyaRuiz is set to release their next limited edition cigar, which will coincide with St. Patrick’s Day—titled Pickle Juice. Joining in the festive “green theme” of the holiday, the cigars have cleverly been packaged to resemble a jar of pickles, with the cigars themselves being green, candela-wrapped toros.
This is now the 3rd limited release for MoyaRuiz, following their theme of pushing the boundaries, with a self-aware knack for fun and gimmicky packaging and presentation. The blend has been limited to 500 (hand-numbered) jars of 13 cigars, with an extra 500 unpackaged cigars made for events, etc.
MoyaRuiz has selected 50 retailers to receive the release, each will be sent 10 jars to sell. Both pricing and retailers have yet to be announced, but the cigars are set to arrive beginning on March 7, 2016.
As with all other MoyaRuiz cigars, the cigars will be made at the La Zona factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. This will mark the first official candela cigar to be sold from the factory.
