It’s a well-known fact that Room101 and parent company Camacho Cigars have been killing it on the cigar scene for the last few years. With the bold, yet refined look of Matt Booth’s luxury brand Room101, and the equally bold (yet refined) flavor experiences produced at Camacho’s factory in the Honduras, it’s apparent the brands are a perfect match.

While at times, Room101’s releases are edgy and gritty, the brand knows how to reel it in when needed – evident in their epic trilogy: Room101 Master Collection. The “Collection” recently came to a thrilling conclusion, as the Master Collection Three saw its limited release hit the market last month. We reviewed and rated the 4” x 48 Roxxo vitola, finding it to have a complex and satisfying profile.

This week’s contest theme is: Cigars 101

Let’s get back to basics this week Dojo – we’re talking entry-level, high school algebra-style beginners course… on cigars! You may notice that this also allows us to include the Room101 suffix in our theme (aren’t we sneaky?).

This week, post your #cigars101 entries on the Dojo and social media. What do we mean by that? Basically, these are posts you’d like to show to your beginner self, X-amount of years ago, when you first got into the hobby.

Some examples of entries may be:

Give some helpful cigar advice: “Don’t smoke on an empty stomach #cigars101”
Warn others of your cigar mistakes: “I once bought a 5-er of Montecristos with a glass top… #cigars101”
Give Dojo advice: “Rule No. 1 – Never smoke alone! #cigars101”

Use #Cigars101 with entries

Entering the contest is as simple as:

Take a cigar-related photo and offer your advice, how-to’s, etc.
Post your photo to the Cigar Dojo app
Include hashtag #cigars101
