We have already crowned Edwards Tobacco in Denver Colorado the best cigar shop in Denver. Yet Edwards Tobacco also has a smoking lounge so we felt it would be best to review the lounge separately. The smoking lounge at Edwards consists of two small rooms decorated with a few pieces of vintage furniture. The atmosphere is great in that there is no loud music blaring in your ears so you are able to relax and talk with your friends.

The Good: The lounge at Edwards Tobacco is part of the cigar shop which is the best in Denver. A huge walk-in humidor is the highlight and it’s filled with every kind of cigar imaginable. The prices are marvelous and the staff is knowledgable and friendly.
The Not So Good: The lounge at Edwards isn’t a cigar bar, it’s just a smoking lounge so you cannot order any drinks or food. Edwards does have some fresh coffee on hand and for a one dollar donation you can get a good cup of coffee.
The Bad: The two lounges are very small so there isn’t much room to move around. Also, they have wifi but they don’t really offer it to patrons as a feature (if you ask REALLY, REALLY, nice you might get lucky and get the password)
The Awful: The ventilation at Edwards is dreadful. The smoke is so thick that it’s very difficult to breathe in the lounges and my eyes burn for an entire day after I leave there. I really hope they can improve the ventilation there so that I can feel more comfortable smoking there.
The bottom line is: Edwards Tobacco on S. Broadway is the best cigar shop in Denver but the smoking lounge at Edwards needs to improve the venilation system before I can give it a similarly glowing review.
