Tabacalera USA has announced adjustments to its leadership structure, aiming to better support its various business units across retail, wholesale, and online cigar sales in the U.S.
According to Javier Estades, President & CEO of Tabacalera USA, the updates reflect the company’s focus on organization-wide alignment and continued development of customer-facing programs across its platforms.
Leadership Changes
Brad Winstead has been appointed CEO of Casa de Montecristo and Santa Clara. Winstead has been with the company since 2007 and most recently served as CEO of JR Cigar. Casa de Montecristo currently operates more than 20 retail stores and lounges, while Santa Clara Cigars serves as a major online wholesaler for tobacco retailers nationwide.
Nicolas Maslowski, previously Chief Operating Officer of E-Commerce at JR Cigar, will now transition into the role of CEO of JR Cigar. Maslowski brings over two decades of experience across multiple industries. JR Cigar continues to focus on expanding its online customer experience, attracting more than 100,000 unique visitors each month on its digital platforms.
Estades noted that the leadership changes underscore the company’s overall direction: “These moves reflect not just the success and versatility of these leaders, but the spirit and character of our entire organization.”
