Avowed Cigars has announced the release of its latest addition to The Vow line, the 11.25. This cigar pays tribute to the Grand Robusto vitola with a new twist—incorporating a whole Brazilian Cubra leaf in the filler blend.
The 5 ½ x 55 Grand Robusto features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and binder, with filler tobaccos including Dominican Piloto Cubano, Criollo 98, Corojo 99, San Vicente, and the exclusive Cubra component. According to the company, the Cubra leaf adds a distinct salinity, bringing flavors such as salted butter, milk chocolate, soft pretzel, Brazil nuts, and French oak with a long finish.
The name 11.25 references November 25, 2024—the date the blend was finalized and officially documented. Each cigar is crafted by a single pair of rollers and will be available as an ongoing production in 10-count boxes, with a suggested retail price of $20 per cigar.
