Casa 1910 has announced two significant leadership moves as the company continues to expand its presence in the U.S. market.
Hector Becerra has been appointed as the new U.S. National Sales Director. Becerra brings experience from his time as National Sales Director at Quesada Cigars, where he worked with both direct sales teams and broker networks. He also previously served as a sales representative for AJ Fernandez. In his new role, Becerra will oversee Casa 1910’s U.S. sales organization, distribution, and retailer partnerships.
“We are thrilled to welcome Hector to the team,” said Rob Maneson, Global Chief Commercial Officer for Casa 1910. “His proven track record and leadership will be critical as we continue to grow our presence in the U.S. market and build stronger connections with retailers and consumers.”
Meanwhile, Jeremy Fondi, who helped establish Casa 1910’s U.S. sales foundation, will transition into a role focused on product development, production, and manufacturing. The company says Fondi will be responsible for overseeing product innovation, strengthening production, and maintaining quality across the portfolio.
“Jeremy’s transition into this role reflects our commitment to innovation and operational excellence,” Maneson added. “His knowledge of the market and passion for product will ensure our pipeline continues to meet consumer demand and exceed expectations.”
These changes mark a shift in Casa 1910’s leadership structure as the company looks to strengthen both its U.S. sales footprint and its product development pipeline.
