Altadis U.S.A., Rocky Patel Premium Cigars, Oliva Cigars, and C.L.E. Cigar Company/Asylum announced the return of the Traveling Cigar Road Show, a 21-city tour across the United States from July 21 to August 13. The initiative, following its 2024 run, aims to connect with cigar retailers through events hosted at select retail stores, restaurants, and event centers.
The tour will feature opportunities for retailers to meet brand representatives, explore featured products, and participate in sweepstakes, with food, drinks, and entertainment provided. “The cigar business is built on relationships,” said Rocky Patel, CEO of Rocky Patel Cigars. “This tour is about connecting with retailers where they are.”
Davide Moro, CEO of Altadis U.S.A., noted the tour’s focus on brands like Montecristo, Romeo y Julieta, Trinidad, and Aging Room, stating, “Last year’s road show proved its value, making this year’s return an easy decision. It’s a powerful way to engage with our retail partners and showcase our legendary brands.”
Cory Bappert, CEO of Oliva Cigars, emphasized accessibility: “Most trade shows require retailers to travel—we’re flipping that model by bringing the show to them.” Christian Eiroa, CEO of C.L.E. Cigar Company/Asylum, added, “We invite retailers to take full advantage of these exclusive summer savings opportunities and spend some quality time with our teams.”
Retailers can contact local sales representatives from the participating companies for event details, including specific dates and locations. The tour aims to foster direct engagement and provide a platform for retailers to explore new offerings in a casual setting.
