El Septimo has announced Vartan the Dragon, a limited-edition cigar series in collaboration with cigar retailer Vartan Seferian out of Arizona. The release is limited to 999 boxes of 8 cigars each produced in Costa Rica. The cigar will be on display at the PCA Trade Show in Las Vegas.
