Joya de Nicaragua has announced they will be offering the Joya de Nicaragua Clásico Medio Siglo at the Premium Cigar Association Trade Show in Las Vegas this March. Initially the cigar was released in Europe in 2021 now will be available to retailers at the PCA trade show.
Juan I. Martínez, Executive President of Joya de Nicaragua S.A., shares: “The criollo wrapper in the Clásico isn’t a new concept. In fact, until the late 1990s, our primary brand was the Clasico in two expressions: claro and colorado, or criollo. The change was subtle, just a sticker on the box indicating ‘natural or criollo.’ We’re not reinventing the wheel here; rather, we’re reviving a legendary brand for the palates of today’s cigar aficionados. This approach has already seen tremendous success globally, and now it’s the US smoker’s turn to enjoy it.”
