After 10 years,Ā Joya de Nicaragua AntaƱo Dark Corojo will receive an updated look to better align with Joya’s complete portfolio of cigars.

To align the AntaƱo family and its look, we have updated the packaging of the AntaƱo Dark Corojo to match the other brands in the AntaƱo Family. This means that even though all of them will have their unique color code and details, they will carry relatable bands and will be presented in the same type of box. This alignment will help establish the AntaƱo family brand of cigars. In other words, we are now offering three alternatives to get cigars of unique Nicaraguan character.Juan Ignacio, Executive President of Joya de Nicaragua

AntaƱo Dark Corojo was introduced as a followup to Joya’s AntaƱo 1970 cigar, which debuted six years prior. ForĀ AntaƱo Dark Corojo, the already-full-bodied blend was amped up for an even more intense smoking experience; one that Joya dubs, “The embodiment of the Nicaraguan ā€œPowerā€ cigar personified.” The blend consists of a notoriously dark and oily Nicaragua Corojo Oscuro wrapper over an all-Nicaraguan filler/binder.

The lineup for Antaño Dark Corojo features the same six sizes:

  • Poderoso 6″ x 54
  • La Niveladora 6″ x 52
  • El Martillo 5½” x 54
  • Peligroso 5″ x 44
  • La Pesadilla 4¾” x 60
  • Azarosa 4½” x 52
