Wednesday, May 13th, it’s a LIVE Wildcard edition of Flavor Odyssey. This week it’s the much anticipated 25 & 5 pairing edition. Robby and Randy juxtapose an expensive and inexpensive pairing and let the chips fall where they may. Robby is tasked with pairing an expensive beer the Eclipse Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (from Fifty Fifty Brewing) with a Villiger Export Brazil that checks in at about $.98. Randy on the other hand goes the other route pairing an expensive Padron Family Reserve 45th Anniversario with a PBR (or maybe a 6 pack). How does this type of pairing work??
