First announced in March of this year and later appearing at IPCPR 2017 for the first time, Gurkha has now begun shipping Cellar Reserve 15 Year 10th Anniversary cigars.

Gurkha first introduced their Cellar Reserve cigar in 2007 as a brick and mortar exclusive (and re-released in 2011), which has gone on to become the company’s most successful brand, receiving multiple spinoff releases over the years (Cellar Reserve Limitada, Cellar Reserve Platinum Edition, and Cellar Reserve 21 Year, among others). In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Cellar Reserve’s introduction, Gurkha has crafted a new blend using select, 15-year-aged tobaccos in the filler.

Cellar Reserve 15 Year 10th Anniversary cigar

Gurkha Cellar Reserve 15 Year 10th Anniversary cigars arrive in 50-count humidors that have been individually numbered—limited to 1,000 humidors of 50 cigars. These humidors feature a simplistic, wood finish, two levels of cigar storage, a dual humidification system, and an analogue hygrometer.

The cigars showcase a medium body and full flavor profile, using vintage, 15-year-aged fillers from Jalapa, Condega, and Estelí in the filler blend. The 50-count humidors will retail for $700 (MSRP), or $14 per cigar.
